SeasonKeeper is built by a sports family, for sports families. We take your privacy seriously — not because a lawyer told us to, but because we're parents too, and we wouldn't use an app that didn't respect ours.

The Short Version

No ads. No data selling. No third-party advertisers. Ever. Your information exists for one reason: to make SeasonKeeper work for you. That's it.

What We Collect

Right now, SeasonKeeper is in the pre-launch waitlist phase. The only information we collect is:

• Your first name — so we can address you like a human, not a number
• Your email address — so we can let you know when SeasonKeeper is ready and share updates along the way

This information is collected through our waitlist form and stored securely by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider.

What We Don't Collect

• We don't collect data from your children
• We don't track your browsing behavior across other websites
• We don't use advertising pixels or retargeting
• We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes

How We Use Your Information

Your name and email are used exclusively to:

• Send you updates about SeasonKeeper's development and launch
• Notify you when early access is available
• Share relevant content about travel sports family life (if you've opted in)

We will never send you third-party promotions or advertisements.

Email Communication

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time with one click. If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from all future communications. No guilt trips, no "are you sure?" — just done.

When the App Launches

This privacy policy will be updated before the SeasonKeeper app launches. The app is being designed with privacy as a core principle, including:

• COPPA compliance — parent-only accounts with parent-managed child profiles
• Voice data privacy — voice is processed on-device and immediately discarded. Audio never leaves your phone and is never stored on our servers.
• Data ownership — you will be able to delete your account and all associated data at any time
• No ads, ever — SeasonKeeper is subscription-based. You are the customer, not the product.

Third-Party Services

We currently use the following third-party services:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — email collection and communication. Their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security. Their privacy policy.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we have about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from communications at any time

We may update this policy as SeasonKeeper develops. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and notify our email subscribers of any material changes.
