Your family's sports life is about to get a whole lot easier

Gone are the days of 4 apps, 2 emails, and a group text just to figure out where you're supposed to be this week.

SeasonKeeper keeps everything in one place — every schedule, every kid, every team. When something changes, you update it once and everything downstream adjusts automatically. Drive times. Packing. Notifications. Even sharing schedules with family members who want to come cheer them on — and with your kids, so they can start taking ownership of where they need to be and when.

No more laptop, iPad, phone, and notebook open at the same time just trying to plan the week. No more being the only one who knows the answer to every question — because it was that complicated to figure out in the first place.

SeasonKeeper lifts the mental load. It gives you your time and your headspace back.

They won't remember the chaos to get to the field.
They won't even remember the score.
They'll just remember that you were there.
SeasonKeeper makes sure that "there" is happy, present, and fully in the moment — not stressed, not distracted, not running on fumes.
Tara with her daughters in their sports gear
Hey, I'm Tara.
Mom of two athletes, coach, and the reason this app exists

I have two daughters who both play competitive sports. I'm the keeper of the timeline, the schedule, the uniforms, the snacks, the directions, the game times, the ride coordination — making sure everyone gets where they need to be, on time, with everything they need. And when I can't be there, I'm the one making sure someone else is.

I'm also the one everyone comes to with questions. "What time do we need to leave?" "Which field?" "Do we need cleats or turfs?" It all lives in my head because it was that complicated to piece together in the first place.

One of my daughters is a goalkeeper — and that's kind of how this app got its name. She keeps the goal. I keep everything else. That's what a SeasonKeeper is.

On top of all that, I coach. I volunteer. I run a business. And the logistics of getting everyone where they need to be already feels like a full-time job before any of that even starts.

I actually looked into hiring a personal assistant — someone to just manage the sports chaos for me. But then I thought about what that would actually take: getting them into every app, every group chat, every calendar. Training them on which kid has what, where, when. Making sure they don't miss anything. Is that even allowed on the team apps? It just made it more complicated, not less.

So instead, I decided to build one. SeasonKeeper is the personal assistant I couldn't hire — but better. It's not someone you have to train. It's an extension of you. A second brain that integrates with your life and handles the chaos better than any of us ever could on our own.

It's built by a sports family, for sports families. And the founding team gets it first.
